Julia graduated from Michigan State University and began her career in retail management before moving on to human resources training and development. Julia saw an opportunity to take her professional experience and explore a new direction in the personal concierge service industry. It quickly became a successful business.
Her expertise in organization and time management proved invaluable in assisting clients in managing their hectic lifestyles and maintaining order in their homes. Julia’s Lifestyle Management has expanded to include additional services and employees to meet the needs of her constantly growing client base. It is worth noting that this growth has been consistently from client referrals.
Tracey is an extremely well organized professional. Many years of managing the needs of families have made her an expert at multitasking and getting things done quickly and efficiently! Tracey’s earlier career was in hospitality management, where she was able to indulge both her love of working with people and her creative side.
She continues to use her talent for imaginative event planning and is able to share experiences with our clients. Additionally, Tracey has years of office management, office administration, and customer service experience.
Renee’s supporting role at JLM is to provide clients with service levels that exceed their expectations. Utilizing her expertise at prioritizing, organizing and multitasking between clients and colleagues. A role in which she has done extremely well while working as an account coordinator in the packaging industry, in addition to her position at JLM.
Renee has an extensive background in education teaching ESL and as a Literacy Coach. These positions enhanced her communication and team building skills.
Renee has vast experience in working with people, building great teams, creating lasting relationships and attending to her clients wants and needs to make sure they are happy and satisfied..
